I can say that Hale Vietnam is probably our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Honolulu. Food is consistently good here and service is always decent. We love the BBQ Beef Wraps which I eat with lettuce and my Wife eats with the rice paper. Seasoned Beef with Onions, Vegetables served with crisp Lettuce, Daikon, Carrots, Cucumber, Mint, Cilantro and Basil. Wrapped it all up and you have an incredible lunch or dinner. On this visit we enjoyed the Beef along with the Spring Rolls which are the best. Entire family loves this meal.
