EGG IN A HOLE WITH BRIOCHE AND CAVIAR

BREAKFAST AT HOME

Watched the Pioneer Woman make an Egg in the hole and it inspired me to give it a try.
I used a delicious Brioche bread that when cut into the small round is only about 6 carbs.
Used a Tomato in Place of English Muffin to stay low carb too.  Made a base with Baby Arugula, Tomato and Avocado then topped it with the Egg, Creme Fraiche and Caviar.  My original plan was to top everything with Hollandaise Sauce.  However, I learned that when you overheat leftover Hollandaise Sauce it turns to eggs.  What a f%4k up. 
This was spectacular!

CUT A PIECE OF BRIOCHE INTO A ROUND AND MADE A HOLE

ADDED EGG TO HOLE

COOKED IN OVEN AT 375 DEGREES FOR 12 MINUTES

MADE BASE OF BABY ARUGULA, TOMATO AND AVOCADO


THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS!
