TACOS LA CASCADA
SOMEWHERE IN CASTROVILLE, CA
Cruising down the California coast on the way to Monteray and I saw this little Taco truck at the entrance to Castroville. We were in the middle of fields of Artichokes and basically just farmland and farmers. Was impressed with these tacos and the little touches like fresh Avocado slices, Cucumber, Radish and Pickled Onions. It was a bit cold so we enjoyed our Tacos in the car.
