DINNER AT HOME
The star of this dinner were the Brussels Sprouts topped with Pork Belly, Portuguese Sausage, Salted Caramel and Crumbled Blue Cheese. Our homemade version of the way they do it at the Brigantine in Del Mar, CA. Chicken Tenders were baked with seasoning that did not meet my expectations.
