We really wanted to try an authentic Cuban sandwich while in Miami. All of our web searches for the best lead us to Sanguich in Little Havana. This is a small place with a small parking lot. We arrived right when they opened and the place seemed to fill up in just minutes. The gal at the counter greeted us with a huge smile and took our order. We split two Cuban Sandwiches between four people and my half was more than enough for me. With lots of take out orders being prepared our wait time was a bit long but not that bad. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and just watched the production of making what may be Miami's best Cuban sandwich. The team here is in sync and they pump out the sandwiches with precision. After our sandwiches arrived one of the workers brought over small containers of Garlic Sauce. Wow..this stuff was potent and added a punch to the sandwich. These Cuban Sandwiches are delicious!
