Spending a beautiful Saturday with the family and driving along the North Shore of Oahu. Saw a really cute looking barn with picnic tables and decided to pull in for a cup of coffee.
My Daughter said she had been here before and really liked it. We pulled in and from that moment we're already liking this place. At 9:30AM in the morning they had live Hawaiian music playing outside and a small line waiting to order. We ordered and were given a beeper to notify us when the food was ready. We grabbed a table with some shade and relaxed. Yes, relaxed. Something I rarely do. This is nice I thought. Pretty cool. My Daughter and Wife were happy too. The food was ready after we listened to a song or two. The live music was mellow and really good. The Ulu (Breadfruit) Waffles were surprisingly good and I liked the fresh fruit. The BLT Bagel was good but both me and my Wife did not like the Bagel. Did not have the taste or texture of the kind Bagels we like. Probably would not order again just because of the Bagel. The vibe here however made up for the Bagel and we will definitely come back.
