Loved Bourbon Steakhouse by Michael Mina in Scottsdale, AZ. Food and service were amazing. Pretty much a perfect dinner for me staring with the Caviar Jelly Doughnuts. This delicate puffs melted in your mouth with just a tiny bit of sweet and the flavor of the Caviar shining through. The Chilled Poached Shrimp were large and cooked perfectly. Full of flavor and even better with Cocktail Sauce. The Wedge Salad was one of the best I have ever tasted. Chilled to perfection and bursting with flavors from the dressing, blue cheese, bacon, egg and onion. My steak was seasoned perfectly and cooked to a perfect medium rare as ordered. Dinner perfection and the nice bottle of wine probably helped too! Wine list here is great but get ready to pay hundreds or thousands for a bottle. I requested the Sommalier and gave her my budget. She recommended the perfect bottle.
