Being able to walk through the Ginza shopping area without traffic was incredible. On this day, the streets were for pedestrians only and it made a big difference on the experience. My favorite was looking up at the buildings and architecture. All of the big names shopping is here and I am sure it rivals New York for high end spending. We were just walking around when my Daughter Keli noticed a classmate from Hawaii walking with her parents. What are the odds of being in the huge city of Tokyo and in crowded Ginza and walking into friends. What a moment and surprise!
