SOUS VIDE PRIME RIB

Easter Sunday was Prime Rib Day at home.  My Wife Sous Vide the meat and then finished it in the oven to get a crispy and flavorful crust.  This was oh..so good!

SOUS VIDE PRIME RIB WITH MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE AND HORSERADISH

PRIME RIB ON THE LANAI

SASHIMI AND AVOCADO APPETIZER
