This is one of our favorite salads and a dinner we enjoy quite often. Very filling and satisfying with lots of textures and flavors. Egg, Tomato, Green Onion, Bacon, Crumbled Blue Cheese and Blue Cheese Dressing. Usually add Avocado too.
