DINNER AT HOME
This simple preparation of Mahi Mahi was incredible. Restaurant quality at home. I watched an episode of No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain featuring Chef Joel Robuchon and he prepared a fish in a pan with lots of butter. Spooning it over the fish while cooking. I finished the dish with fresh vegetables and a Shallot Cream Sauce.
