The 10th Anniversary Menu at Arancino at the Kahala did not disappoint. This dinner was delicious with just about all the dishes hitting high marks. The only weakness was the Haku Lei Salad which was very bland. Could definitely use some fresh Beets and more dressing to make this salad pop. Stars of the evening for me were the Arancini Risotto with Bolognese and Mozzarella. These little balls are packed with flavor and you crave more after eating one. The Spaghetti all Pescatora was cooked perfectly and delicious. The Squid Ink Pasta was cooked al dente and all of the seafood (Scallops, Shrimp and Calamari) were fresh, flavorful and moist. The Braised Short Rib was perfect. No need for the knife as it cut like butter. Probably one of the best Short Ribs ever. The Passionfruit Mascarpone Cheesecake was heavenly. Light and bright with amazing taste. Loved it!
