| DINNER AT HOME Our Daughter had some friends over for dinner and my Wife made this delicious and beautiful Italian dinner. The star of the show was the Kauai Prawns with Tomato and Garlic. She infused the rich flavors of Tomato and Garlic into the Orzo. Every bite was a burst of flavor. The Caesar Salad was kicked up a notch with Avocado, Anchovies and Parmesan Crisps. We love Prosciutto Wrapped Melon and Tartufo Cheese with Raspberry Jam so they were the perfect appetizers. Loved this dinner!  |
