We really had a great time at Mizuna. The staff was incredible and the food was good. Would have been great but several of the dishes had dominant spices that kind of ruined the dish, or at least took away from the true flavors. For example the Beef Wellington which was cooked perfectly was coated with cinnamon. A perfect Wellington ruined by the spice. The table across from us complained loudly but we kept quiet. Many of the dishes were amazing like the Scallops and Crab Cake. I enjoyed the wine pairing which was damn good. I opted out on a sweet dessert wine and the bartender came over and poured me a very nice Bourbon.
