Another great experience in South Africa. The Groot Constantia Wine Farm is beautiful and the wines are delicious. I enjoyed a Wine Tasting paired with Chocolate. Two of my favorite things. Our host was a local who had an incredible memory and knowledge of the wines. His personality and stories filled this time with laughter and fun. With each wine poured he would tell a story and the stories included his goal of saving enough money to visit the United States. He had memorized every city in America that he wanted to visit and the foods they were famous for. He had a complete itinerary in his mind and it was clear, concise, detailed and amazing. What a joy to spend time with someone with big dreams like him. Impressed me so much that I gave him $100 to go towards his trip. Just a delightful time in this beautiful place.
