Loved our dinner at Ramsay's Kitchen in Las Vegas. Damn near perfect meal that was absolutely delicious. The Crab Cake was all Crab and no fillers. The Caesar Salad was perfect with a dressing that was so good. The Onion Soup was the only miss. I liked the Oxtail on the cheesy bread but the soup itself did not impress me. Butternut Squash Risotto was fantastic. The lightest and tastiest Risotto I have ever tasted. The Scallops were cooked to perfection and little flavor bombs. So good. Super amazing when you get the pieces of Butternut Squash. The Beef Wellington was perfection and the steak melted like butter. Very rare to have a steak cooked this perfectly. LOVED IT! The Sticky Toffee Pudding was heaven and difficult to stop eating. Delicious. Everything shined here for me with exception of the Onion Soup. Other than that a perfect dinner. Wines a bit expensive with a glass of Jordan Chardonnay going for about $25 and a glass of Caymus Cabernet at $45!
