Enjoyed a meal sitting at the bar at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at the MGM Grand. Service was excellent and the Hong Kong Style Salmon was absolutely delicious. Loved the flavors of the vegetables and little bit of heat from the Peppers. Salmon was cooked perfectly.
Couldn't stop eating it and devoured it all. The Big Eye Tuna Sashimi was good but living in Hawaii, I know when Sashimi is fresh. This was not and was treated to stay red. That always turns me off. Loved the service and Salmon though!
