SAM CHOY'S YAKISOBA FROM COSTCO

SAM CHOY'S YAKISOBA
FROM COSTCO

I was abandoned by my girls for the day so I went to the freezer to see what was available for lunch.  There sat three frozen packages of some kind of noodles with vegetables on top.  Label said to microwave for three minutes and that was it.  The package contains Yakisoba Noodles with cabbage, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, soy beans, bell pepper, green beans, water chestnuts, onion and snow peas atop some really great tasting noodles in a light soy based sauce.  This was really good meal.

  1. I grew up in Japan, so I've had the real stuff. This product is actually really good. My Costco carried them, but no longer. Anyone know who sells them now?

  6. If you don't mind a ton of fat and calories, this is a delicious meal. The nutrition label list one bowl as 2 full servings. So you have to double all the values for one tiny bowl........or eat only half! No way.
