Was amazed to learn that the New Hope Chapel on Sand Island has a small cafe that serves lunch. We ventured in today for a quick an inexpensive meal. The menu is written on a white board and nothing is over $5. I tried the Roasted Chicken Sandwich ($4.50). Nice chunks of chicken with fresh tomato and lettuce. Pretty good sandwich that filled me up. The Tuna Salad ($4.50) was large and topped with a scoop of tuna with some sliced carrots. Served with Ranch Dressing. My co-workers tried the Taco Salad and seemed to really like it. Nice to know we can get a healthy and inexpensive lunch served up with some scripture if desired.
