TURKEY MEAT LOAF WITH VEGETABLES - PRESSURE COOKER

TURKEY MEATLOAF WITH VEGETABLES
PRESSURE COOKER RECIPE
DINNER AT HOME

Picked up a two pack of Jennie-O Ground Turkey at Sam's Club.  Total of 5 pounds of ground turkey at a very good price.  Went to my pressure cooker cookbook and found a recipe to cook Turkey Meatloaf in 15 minutes.  Tossed the turkey into a bowl and added onion, bell pepper, garlic, carrots, celery, bread crumbs, thyme, Italian seasoning, brown sugar and some Worcestershire Sauce.  Mixed all this up and formed into a loaf to fit into the pressure cooker.  Recipe said to place chicken stock and tomato sauce in cooker and place the turkey meatloaf on top.  Closed the lid and pressure cooked for 15 minutes.  End result was a moist and delicious low fat meatloaf.
