HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN - PRESSURE COOKER RECIPE

 HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN
DINNER AT HOME

Back to my Bob Warden Great Food Fast cookbook this week.  Pulled out the old Pressure Cooker and whipped up this great dinner in about half an hour.  Had everything on the recipe list at home so we did not have to buy anything to complete the meal.  The chicken came out moist and delicious.  Served with some baked Green Beans and Rice.  Very satisfying and inexpensive with flavor.  The Pressure Cooker did a good job infusing the honey and garlic flavor into the chicken.  We poured the juice from the cooker over the chicken.  Moist and delicious!  I am sold on my Pressure Cooker and the Bob Warden cook book.  Cannot believe how fast and easy these recipes can be completed.
You may buy the Bob Warden cookbook on Amazon via the link below:

  2. Did not turn out at all. Was dry and flavorless. Hubbie was the only one who ate it and he did that with it covered in buffalo ranch sauce.

  3. Came out really great! A tad dry, so I had to spoon lots of the sauce on the chicken. Also, I used low-sodium soy sauce so it came out a bit under-salted. This recipe obviously calls for regular soy sauce, but I didn't have it. I served this over rice and made a bit of spinach to go with it.

  4. Sorry, but this turned out to be boring and I totally agree with the comments above about it being flavorless. Also, please give the weight of the meat/chicken not the number of pieces. Thanks!
