We made a wrong turn and ended up in the parking lot of Manoli's Pizza Company. Did not know of the place or have any plans of eating here. We saw the sign and said what the heck, lets get a beer. We rolled in and sat at the bar overlooking one of the Wailea golf courses. A pretty hot bartender in a small tank top greeted us with a smile and set the tone for a great time. The staff here was really friendly and casual. Felt real comfortable sitting here and enjoying conversation with some customers. We ordered off the Pupu (appetizer) Menu at the bar. A slice of Margherita Pizza is $2 and Pepperoni is $2.50. I liked the thin crunchy crust and sauce. Pretty good pizza. The Shrimp Scampi Style ($7) surprised me because it was served on bread. After one bite I loved the surprise. Filled with garlic and butter flavor and finished with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. Yummy! The Mozza-Meatball Sliders ($2) were also delicious. Nice meatball with cheese, caramelized onions and sauce. Really liked the food, service and ambiance of Manoli's and would love to return and enjoy the regular menu.
