Loved everything about the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells except for one thing. The air conditioner in my room was so loud that it kept me up most nights. The sound was loud and repetitive and woke me up several times during my stay. I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout and they were very gracious and apologized. Other than that this place was fantastic. Entire staff from Bellmen to, waitress and front desk were friendly and accommodating. Always called you by name if there was a tag on your golf bag, luggage or they just remembered. Great resort and staff. The views of the Indian Wells Golf Course are spectacular. We were served breakfast on the outside patio overlooking the course each day. This was really a great way to spend a few minutes in the morning before going into the meeting rooms to do a little business.
