Had some pretty uninspiring Mexican food at Juan Jaime's in Scottsdale, Arizona. Started with some Chips and Guacamole ($4.75). Loved the salsa here. Ordered the Tacos Trio plate ($9.95) with a Fish, Steak and Carnitas Taco. Served with your choice of Black or Refried Beans. I went for the refried beans. I have a bit of a cold so don't know if it was my cold that caused the food to seem bland. Nothing really tasted that great. Service was good from the bartender who hopped from the bar to our table on a regular basis. I really enjoyed the chips and Salsa Bar. Variety of red and green salsas that did have flavor. This place seemed more like a large bar than restaurant. Casual and comfortable.
