FIESTA SOMEWHERE IN ENCINITAS

FIESTA AT DEWEY'S
SOMEWHERE IN ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA

Very blessed to have three friends that I have known for over 25 years.  They live in Encinitas and Cardiff, California.  One of them nicknamed "Dewey" lives in a storybook cottage nestled near the ocean in Encinitas.  Dewey married a high school friend and built the most awesome Man Cave off his home that is a landscaped masterpiece.  Actually featured in a nice spread in a San Diego magazine this month.  Dewey's Man Cave is like no other.  The ultimate Boys party pad complete with full kitchen, bar, wide screen television, surround sound and bathroom.  You can live in the Man Cave but we enjoyed it for a Mexican Fiesta complete with great Mexican beer and Dewey's famous Margaritas.  The food was delicious.  I made a taco and burrito filled with Carnitas and all the condiments on the table.  Dewey went Vegetarian after visiting Colorado and being brainwashed by a local there.  This Fiesta featured more healthy alternatives to traditional Mexican dishes with lots of salad and vegetables.  When you look at our pictures, you can see that this was a great choice.  So blessed and thankful to have these great friends for half a lifetime.
