Not too impressed with the Valley Kitchen at Carmel Valley Ranch. The service was good but the food did not hit the mark for our entire family. I had the Fresh Catch and the fish was served hard as a rock. I did not eat much at the waitress asked me if it was ok. I showed her that it was very dry and hard and within a minute the Manager arrived at our table offering a new dish. I told him it was not necessary but he insisted and within minutes an entire new entree was served to me. Second time around the fish was ok. None of the dishes we ordered were great or memorable. Pretty bland stuff. Would probably not eat here again.
