Loved our dinner at Pappasitos in Houston, Texas. Arrived to find the bar and restaurant packed. After a few drinks at the bar and baskets of Chips served with four types of Salsa we were primed for a good meal. We started with the Chili con Queso which was so good and downright addicting. I could eat this cheese based dip every day of the week. The Ceviche missed the mark with me. Had a strong flavor that I cannot describe. The Shrimp and Calamari was very good as was my Shredded Beef Taco and Chicken Enchilada. Service was really good in the bar and in the restaurant. No complaints about Pappasitos. Only wish I did not have to travel to Houston to enjoy this lively Cantina with really good food.
