We caught Happy Hour at sunset in Del Mar. The Poseidon sits oceanfront and is a GREAT spot for cocktails, appetizers or dinner. There is a great bar, outdoor patio overlooking the water and spacious indoor seating with ocean views. The staff even at the busy Happy Hour was courteous and friendly. The Shrimp Cocktail here was among the best I have ever tasted. So fresh. Loved the Clam Chowder too. My friends absolutely loved the Smoked Bacon Wrapped Dates. What a great location, view and food!
