Enjoyed some pretty good tacos at The Taco Stand in Encinitas, California. Loved the homemade Tortillas that are made at the counter where you order. Also loved the Salsa Bar and fresh Chips.
Could sit here all day and just eat Chips and Salsa and maybe enjoy a cold Mexican beer. Tacos here are fresh made and delicious. Just wish they had Crunchy Tacos as I prefer Crunchy over Soft.
