When leaving San Diego I was on a Mexican Food high after eating at several of my favorite Taco shops in North County. Could not get on the plane without one more taste of San Diego Mexican food. Qdoba does a good job for fast and fresh Mexican. It is the same concept as Chipotle where you pick your protein and then add the veggies, and sauces. I went with the Carne Asada Burrito and loved it. Actually only ate a few bites and then packed it up and took it home to Hawaii.
