What an incredible evening dining at The Terrace at the Trump International Hotel in Chicago.
I was hosted by my friend Vito who manages several venues at the hotel. Vito is an avid tennis player so we talked a lot bout indoor tennis courts in the Chicago. Actually really interesting.
Enjoyed the great view from the Terrace and was spoiled with a variety of dishes that Vito had set up at our table. The most amazing were the Brussels Sprout Salad and Fried Chicken. Both were among the best I have ever had. The Brussels Sprout Salad blew my socks off with the flavor. Any kid or person who does not like vegetables or Brussels Sprouts will love this salad. It really is over the top delicious. The Fried Chicken also was incredible. Had like a Corn Flake crust and the inside was super moist and delicious. One of the best Fried Chickens I have ever tasted. I was eating it like candy. Yum! Everything here was delicious and the view was amazing. We met a gentlemen that was sitting at the table next to us and turned out he was a friend of Elvis Presley and actually had written several books about the King. Made for interesting conversation.
