VIA DOLOROSA
JERUSALEM, ISRAEL
The Via Dolorosa is the path of sorrows walked by Jesus Christ. Tradition says this is the path Jesus walked when he carried the cross to the location of his Crucifixion. This was an experience I will never forget. Walking on this path and placing my hand where Jesus placed his during the walk brings you to tears. Seeing worshipers carrying life size crosses through the streets brings history home in a very dramatic way. This is a memory moment I hope to never forget.
