Saw Zalatimo Sweets on a YouTube video of places to eat in Israel. This place has been making the same item the exact same way for over 200 years. They offer one version filled with Cheese and one with Nuts. Both are pillows of dough sprinkled with Powdered Sugar and Honey. Not bad.
