GYOZA WITHOUT THE WRAPPERS
DINNER AT HOME

My Wife made some delicious homemade Gyoza for Mother's Day and we had some of the uncooked meat leftover.  She did not want to break out the pasta wrappers and fryer so she simply made small patties and cooked them in a pan.  These were awesome.  Who needs the wrapper when they taste this good without.  

GYOZA PATTIES
ALL THIS GOES INTO MAKING THE GYOZA
GREEN ONION, GARLIC, GINGER AND WATER CHESTNUTS
SHINTAKE MUSHROOMS
NAPA CABBAGE
SHRIMP AND PORK
MIX EVERYTHING UP
A LITTLE SOY SAUCE
