DINNER WITH RICHARD AND MONICA
HAWAII KAI
Enjoyed a delicious dinner with friends at their home in Hawaii Kai. The food, wine, view and friendship was the best. Monica is Korean so she added Korean spice and flavors to many of the dishes. Loved it. Richard hand shucked fresh Oysters flown in from the East Coast and Monica made slow cooked Spicy Ribs that were my favorite. Enjoyed several Korean fruits like Korean Grapes and Pear too.
