GREAT EATS HAWAII: PASTA + OSAKA, JAPAN

We were looking to have some fresh made Pasta in Osaka and the staff at our hotel made a reservation at Pasta +. We arrived and were met by the owner who was a super sweet lady that was so proud of her restaurant and staff. She said she sourced most products from Italy and the Chef was trained there too. I wanted some wine of course and another woman brought over several bottles and began to pour. This was pretty goof vino that went well with the Pastas. We tried three different Pastas. Bolognese, Carbonara and Tomato Sauce. All were delicious and the Pasta was perfect. When we were leaving, the owner went outside to help us hail a cab. So nice of her!
