LE DEZALEY
ZURICH, SWITZERLAND
On the recommendation of the front desk clerk at the Ambassador Swiss Quality Hotel, we were led to Le Dezaley for some Swiss Fondue. This probably was the worst meal of my entire trip. Could not stomach the cheese used for the fondue. Took one bite and threw in my skewer. The others at the table seemed to like it and devoured every last drop of melted cheese in the pot. The beef had an antiseptic taste to it and totally lacked seasoning. I consumed the wine, ate the french fries and spargel (asparagus). Headed back to the hotel and ordered a cheese and bread platter along with a glass of vino.
