Enjoyed a light dinner with super fresh Ahi Sashimi and Avocado. When the Ahi is this fresh it melts in your mouth. One of my fave things in the world.

This was our third visit to Margotto and once again we loved the food and service. The Pasta's here are some of the best in Hawaii. We enjoyed three and really loved them all. The Cacio Pepe shined with the rainfall of Truffles shaved at the table. The Bolognese is absolutely delicious and we probably could have eaten three orders. The Arrabiata was also good and we liked the lightly spiced sauce. The Duck and Foie Gras was a hit with us last time we dined here and once again it did not disappoint. Love the Caviar and wish I was super rich so I could have eaten a jar of it.

I love the food and people at Kau Kau Grill. They have the best BBQ Ribs on the Island and their Poke is the bomb too. My fave is the Ginger Shoyu Poke which you can get solo or as part of a plate. So good!

Cooked up some Chicken Wings in the Air Fryer and served with Celery, Carrots and Blue Cheese Dressing. Used The Original Anchor Bar Wing Sauce which I buy on Amazon.

This is one of my all time favorite dinners and we enjoy it often. This time a little special because our friends went to Alaska and actually caught the fish. They brought it back to Hawaii and gave us enough for two meals.

Another comfortable trip on Hawaiian Airlines. While we are not fans of the food, we had a pretty good crew on this flight. Just wished they offered more food/snack options in First Class.

Our last dinner at Pacific Coast Grill where we sat on the water and enjoyed the sunset was one of the most special dinners of my life. Actually made me put this restaurant on my all time favorite list. While the food was good this time, it did not impress like that evening in 2021. The Sushi Rolls this time did not have much flavor and were pretty disappointing. Loved the fresh Oysters, Lobster and Shrimp Chowder and Bag of Bones. My Wife and Daughter love the Beet and Pear Salad. Service was GREAT on this visit and we had a wonderful time. Love this place!

I lived in Cardiff by the Sea for many years prior to the opening of Seaside Market which is now the dealer of Cardiff Crack. This Tri Tip is delicious. We took some home to Hawaii thanks to my friend who made us a To Go package complete with Sliced Pickles, BBQ Sauce, Buns and Fried Onions.
