JIANG-NAN CHUN
FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, SINGAPORE
We were really tired and the Wife was sick so decided not to leave the hotel for dinner. The Four Seasons Michelin-starred restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun looked good so we tried it. Overall I could not see why this restaurant would be given a Michelin Star. While the service and food were both good, I did not think it was exceptional. Portions are a bit small and the prices are expensive. This is however really good Cantonese cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere.
