PARMESAN CHICKEN WITH PASTA

PARMESAN CHICKEN WITH PASTA
DINNER AT HOME

Made a very quick and easy Chicken Parmesan with left over pasta with tomato sauce.  I cut boneless and skinless chicken breast in half and marinated them in Dijon Mustard, White Wine Vinegar, Honey and Black Pepper.  Tossed the chicken in a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.  Cooked for 15 minutes at 450 degrees and then cut the chicken on a bias and served over left over pasta with tomato sauce.  This was delicious!

CHICKEN BREAST IN DIJON MUSTARD, WHITE WINE
VINEGAR,  HONEY AND PEPPER
PARMESAN CHEESE WITH BREAD CRUMBS AND BUTTER
ROLL CHICKEN BREAST IN BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE
CHICKEN BREASTS ON PARCHMENT PAPER GO IN OVEN
BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 450 DEGREES
SERVED ON BED OF PASTA - TASTED BETTER THAN IT LOOKED
