NOH POKE MIX

 NOH POKE MIX
POKE AT HOME

I was fortunate to meet Raymond Noh, the owner of Noh Foods on a golfing trip to Scotland.  I liked Raymond from the start because of his happy outlook on life, humor and home grown story of his family making sauces and spices for generations.  He represents the essence of a family owned business.  Hard work, honesty, integrity and a sincere desire to provide the best products possible.  The Noh Foods empire is growing to new heights with Raymond's leadership and new products including soft drinks and teas are now hitting markets across Hawaii and America.  We talked about the Noh Foods Poke Mix during our golf outing in Scotland.  Somewhere between the Trump International Course in Aberdeen and the Turnberry Course I learned about his sauces and Poke Mix.  Sharing a ride for hours gave us a good amount of time to get to know each other and listen to Raymond sing and hum some great oldie classics.  I returned home eager to try one of his mixes and headed to Wall Mart to purchase a small bag of the Poke Mix that is used in restaurants and homes throughout Hawaii.  As with most mixes, I added my own twist and the result was a fresh Poke that the entire family loved.  Good as any Five Star restaurant I promise.  Fresh Ahi Poke is easy to make at home with Noh Poke Mix.  Kick it up by adding what you like.  I love onions and avocado so they were added to the dish.
