La Casa Bianca was a cool place to dine in Tahiti with its location on the Marina and local flare.
The place was filled with happy locals speaking French and enjoying their meals.  Beer is big here with kegs being served on the tables so you can serve yourself.  The food missed the mark for us.
Started with the bread served at the table prior to our meal.  Absolutely the worst bread I have ever tasted.  Could not eat it even with the old Olive Oil and Balsamic served on the side.  Tasted like bad plastic and left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth.  My girls normally will eat at least two baskets of bread and here both did not even finish one piece of bread.   I ordered the Tahitian Pizza which is like a Hawaiian Pizza with Ham and Pineapple.  The sauce on the pizza was so bland that it was not worth eating for me.  I had two slices and threw in the towel on this pizza.  The Antipasti Platter was a bit too much for us with all the vegetables.  We barely put a dent in this dish.  Probably because it was served with our main dishes rather than before.  The Beef Carpaccio had no taste and too much oil according to my Wife.  The best dish of the evening was again ordered by my Daughter.  The Angel Hair Pasta with Spicy Shrimp had a lot of Shrimp and was good.  Sauce was very sparse and bland but still eatable.  I would return here for a beer and the atmosphere but not the food.
