Cucina Moon is on the second floor of Mc Cully Shopping Center and they share the space with a Poke shop which is a bit odd. There is bar seating where you can watch the cooks prepare the dishes. We opted for a table for two and were seated by a very lovely gal with a huge smile. She made us feel welcome from the start and brought wine glasses when I placed our BYOB bottle on the table. The entire very young staff here impressed me with their smiles and attentiveness. They seemed to really care about their guests which was nice. Totally made me feel like supporting this place and telling friends about it. We tried a Pepperoni Pizza which was small, light and pretty good. The fresh homemade Pastas are what shine here. We tried the Squid Ink with Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti and Arrabbiata with Sausage Spaghetti. Couldn't make a decision on which one I liked best because they both were delicious. Not a big fan of the Vegan Gelato. Cannot wait to return to try a few more of the Pastas and the Gnocchi.
