ALASKAN KING CRAB SALAD
DINNER AT HOME
Alaskan King Crab is one of my favorite foods in the world. When I saw these huge Crab Legs at Costco there was no way of leaving without some in my cart. At $19.99 per pound they were not cheap but four legs was more than enough for a family of three. In fact there was quite a bit left over. These Crab Legs were so sweet and delicious they did not require any butter or sauce. The meat was so thick and juicy after just a few minutes of steaming. Paired the Crab with a simple salad with Avocado and Radish. Dinner made in less than 20 minutes and so good that I want this again tomorrow night.

CUT THE CRAB AT THE JOINTS PRIOR TO STEAMING SO THEY WOULD FIT IN THE POT |

STEAMED THE CRAB FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND THEY WERE COOKED TO PERFECTION |
