DINNER AT HOME
After visiting the Brigantine in Del Mar, California and eating their Fish Tacos I was craving a good fish taco. I was originally going to fry the fish like the Brigantine ones that I love but decided to go with a more healthy taco and just grill some fresh fish. Coated the fish with Cajun Spices and made up a nice Slaw and Pico de Gallo and added Cheese and Avocado. These Fish Tacos were excellent and much better than 99.9% of the restaurants in Hawaii that serve Fish Tacos.
