Cannot say enough positive things about the hotel and staff at the Four Seasons in Seoul. Incredible service and attention to every detail of your stay. From the Front Desk to Concierge, Waitresses and Gym staff everyone has a smile and is eager to assist you in any way possible. Employees here remember your name, what you drink and anticipate your needs with a smile. Made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable that we did not want to leave. The gym, pool and amenities are amazing here. I have never experienced a better gym in any hotel around the world. The spa facilities are first class and they even have a four bay golf simulator that allows you to practice your swing. Highly recommend booking a room on the Executive Club Level as it includes a private oasis where you can enjoy a full breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks and dinner in the evening. The food is good in the lounge and all your drinks are included. Loved enjoying a few glasses of champagne each evening prior to leaving the hotel for dinner. The Executive Club staff are professional and take pride in meeting your every need with a big smile. I liked spending time in the lounge just relaxing with the family. The hotel provides one way local transportation within a few miles of the hotel. This was nice feature that we used for short trips to restaurants and shopping. We used the Concierge extensively for restaurant reservations and directions. They were always happy to provide destination details written in Korean so you could hand a driver the card and they knew where to go. We also kept a Four Seasons card written in Korean with us so we could show it to cab drivers when going back to the hotel. The hotel staff shines here and they truly make you feel like a "guest".
