I have not eaten too much Indian Food in my lifetime but a visit to Little India in Singapore lead us to a popular local spot call Banana Leaf Apolo. Was not sure what or how to order so we kind of winged it. At first we ordered our food with the traditional Nan Bread which they offer in a variety of flavors. We went for Garlic and Butter. Once we saw other diners eating their meals with Rice, we ordered up Rice in addition to the Nan Bread. Not knowing what to order we just decided to go with Chicken, Fish and Meat dishes. The menu was huge so we kind of went with the some of the items that there were pictures of. The Tandori Chicken with the rice and Nan Bread was delicious. Very spicy and probably my favorite dish on the table.
