Loved Tre Dita in Chicago. From the looks of the crowd, vibe and line of people waiting to get in, I would say this is one of the hottest tickets in Chicago right now. Food and service was excellent with our waitress being a legitimate Superstar. Her knowledge of the menu, presentation and professionalism was over the top and helped make this evening unforgettable. My faves were the Meatballs, Squash Blossoms, Chicken Liver Mousse and the Pappardelle with Wild Boar. Everything else was also good, but these dishes stood out to me. This was a great night catching up with friends that many have known for a lifetime. My friend Vito brought the wines from his collection and they really added another dimension to this special evening. Wow...this was great food and fun in Chicago!
