I would put Fairmont Banff Springs in the top 5 hotels we have ever stayed at. The resort and service are spectacular. The Gold Level Lounge and Staff were amazing with large breakfast and evening buffets. Liquor is not included but may be purchased. Personalized service and attention to every detail of your stay. Adam our Gold Level Host was amazing even before we arrived. Texting to make sure all of our needs were met. He went out of his way to make organize our stay and make reservations to assure our stay was first class. Loved the architecture, warm colors and design inside and outside. Only complaint was the food with the exception of the 1888 Chop House which was excellent. If you are staying in Banff, this is the place to be.
