Enjoyed our stay at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin. Nice hotel but would not rate it at Five Stars. While service was good, it was not top notch and I felt zero connections with the staff. Room was good and the shower was GREAT! One of the best showers in a hotel ever. Liked the lodge type feel of the common areas. Very relaxed feeling and vibe. Loved the chocolates and bottled water left in room each evening. The cleaning staff did a great job.
